El Electric Fields 2017 suma a su cartel una nueva tanda de nombres formada por Dizzee Rascal, Band of Horses, Glass Animals, Kate Tempest, Peter Hook & The Light, Real Estate, Car Seat Headrest, British Sea Power, Anna Meredith, This is the Kit, Sacred Paws, Aldous Harding, Marnie, The Cut, Savage Mansion, Future Get Down, Nieves, The Vegan Leather, The Calm Fiasco, 13 Crowes, Tiderays, Jackmaster, Artwork, Denis Sulta, Lord of the Isles y Space Dimension Controller Live.

El festival escocés ya había anunciado en una primera oleada a Frightened Rabbit, The Jesus and Mary Chain, Arab Strap, Crash Club, And Yet it Moves y Brat and the Bonemen.
